Using INubem
Before using
To use INubem you must be a registered user on an Account. A Data Adminsitrador or a Master user of an Account should make the registration of your email. This email should be authenticated by Google Account, Facebook or Linkedin. So if you have not enabled your email to be authenticated by any of these services do it before using the INubem. With the same email you can access multiple accounts of INubem.
Using INubem
Select an Account
In INubem initial screen is a list of all accounts for which you are registered. Select one to use.

Note that at any time you can change the Account by the selection list at the top of the screen.

Open a Screen
By clicking on Open Screen... in the side menu you can open one of the screens of the selected Account. Quick links to open screens are positioned in this side vertical menu for easier access.

You can close a screen by clicking on Close in the upper right corner. You can adjust the width of the side menu by dragging its edge. You can also change the positioning of this menu (from left to right or vice versa) by clicking the small arrow next to Open Screen....

Using a Screen
Screens displays a top horizontal menu with features enabled for it. Some screens may not have all features.

The stored data is displayed in a paged list. The number of list lines can be changed. In some lists it is also possible to update the data in the list itself.

It allows you to select and fetch the data that are shown in the list. Fill in the fields with the desired filters and the list is updated. Note that some fields allow more than one value. You can also filter by values "greater" or "lesser" than a given value. To clear the search filter and the list back to show all data click the Clear button.

Select a line of data from the list and accessing the tab Edit <data> can be seen all fields of data. Some fields may not be editable, they are read only. Make the necessary changes and click Save to change to take effect. With the Delete you can delete the data. You can also navigate to the next data and the previous data. The Save New allows new data to be created as a copy of what is being shown. In this case a new line of data is created instead of updating the data shown.

In some situations the edit tab does not allow the data update, but only its view. In this case nothing can be saved.

Import and Export
Allows the import and export data directly from spreadsheets. For more details, see Import or Export.
Associated data
Associated data should be added in two steps: first the main data should be added in the tab Add. In the second step you must click on the tab Edit <"father" datum> and make your association with other data "children".
