Each screen has three layouts (control/fields disposition):
  • List layout (tab List <Registry>), where the data are shown in the list (one per line).
  • Search layout (tab Search <Registry>), where the user can define criteria to search for a set of data, which are shown in the list.
  • Editi layout (tab Edit <Registry>), also used to add, where the data can be created or changed individually.

Defining layouts
Each of the three layouts should be defined separately (in its tabs). Select one tab and note that below is given the option to create a row (line) at the end, or create a whole default layout (this option creates the layout in a single click, but in this example, let´s create the layout positioning each control).

To position a control select one Attributes int the list on the left and then immediately click on one of the free layout cells. The control corresponds to the Attribute placed in that cell. Repeat for all the Attributes you want. It is not necessary that all Attributes are present in each screen.

When there is at least one row is given the option to create or remove new rows as well as join or separate layout cells.

  • The Listing layout has only one line, which are the columns of the data table shown in the list.
  • In the Listing layout you can set up an Attribute as editable. With this you can change its value in the listing without having to go to the editing tab.
  • In the Search layout can only be placed Attributes that have the Filter property set. These are the Attributes that are indexed by the system and allow you to search data by them.
  • Attributes that indicate associations between Registries can be placed only in the edit layout.
