Create an account
Create an account if you does not have one. If you already have access the account by name.
Import several Registries and their Attributes
Go to the Registries screen by clicking on the vertical side menu in Registry. This screen opens with a list of existing Registries in the account.

Locate the top horizontal menu. Select the item Add to add a new Registry.

On the screen you have two options: at the top you can create a new Registry giving a name to it; at the bottom of the screen you can import Registries from a spreadsheet. Let's use this. Download the Guest.xls spreadsheet and use it on import. Select it by clicking Choose File.

On the screen that appears immediately after the spreadsheet load is possible to confirm the import data (only after confirming they are effectively imported). This screen shows the tables with the Registries being created and a table with the data being imported. To confirm click Click to import ALL data of columns SHOWN below ....

Use the imported application
Once the import has finished in the top horizontal menu click List. All Registries are in the list. Each Registry has a name with the format Guest: XXXX (Guest: Guest and Guest: Phone). The prefix Host: is not required. It serves only to identify that these Registries are part of a set of Registries related to each other. You can use the nomenclature you want without any prefix.
You can also see the screens you just created: Guests, Confirmation Guests and Events. Click Open Screen... in the side vertical menu and select the desired Screen.

Guests: shows all registered guests. In detailing each guest (click Edit in the top horizontal menu) you can see, besides the data (Name, Email, etc) two lists of data associated with it. The list of phones is exclusive to guest, their records are not shared between guests. The event list, that is not exclusive, shows the selection of events to which the guest is associated. This list can show all available events (select Show All) and not just those associated with the guest.

Confirmation Guests is a simplified version of the previous screen. This shows that multiple screens can be set to the same data, giving possibility to control access to data. On this screen, for example, there is not the possibility of adding new guests, nor to import guests. This is only an edit screen.

Events: shows all registered events and the list of guests associated with each of them. This is an example of an reverse association. In this screen is possibel to query the guests associated with an event while in Guests is possibel to query the events associated to the guest.

Note the different types of data on the screen. Status Confirmation and Category are lists of defined values, Email only allows texts with email formats. Some can be defined as mandatory while others do not.
